Differences in the prices charged by therapists often reflect the standard of education, experience, accreditation level achieved and engagement in Continued Professional Development they have and the level of service you can expect to receive. You wouldn’t trust your physical care to an under qualified doctor so why would you trust your mental health wellbeing to an underqualified therapist with little experience?

I hold a BA(Hons) in Person-centred Counselling Level 6 (most therapists stop at level 4 which is the bare minimum standard).

I am accredited by the UK’s leading governing body the BACP (this means I have met their higher standard as a competent, ethical and independent practitioner, a level reached by only a few therapists after years of practice and written proof of capability. ‘Accreditations’ by other governing bodies are NOT the same level.

I am also a qualified clinical supervisor offering creative and integrative support for qualified therapists nationally.
