In my private practice, I work with people who are tired of pretending they’re fine when they’re not, who want to break free from patterns that keep them stuck, and who are ready—maybe cautiously—to start feeling more like themselves again.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, neurodiversity, burnout, relationship struggles, grief, or simply a sense that something in life feels “off,” our work together will be tailored to you. I don’t do one-size-fits-all therapy. I listen deeply, ask the questions no one else asks, and help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings so you can live with more clarity, courage, and calm.
My practice is trauma‑informed, Neurodiversity‑affirming, confidential & ethical, a safe, non-judgemental and empowering space offering practical change with tools and insights you can use outside of our sessions. Set in a beautiful restful and relaxing therapy room if you prefer face to face sessions, I also offer national online and telephone sessions as well as highly therapeutic eco-friendly walk and talk sessions which are an amazing way to connect with nature.

I have extensive experience working in the NHS and education sectors as a counsellor for young people aged from 11 years as well as working with several UK based universities and colleges, insurance companies, local authority and employers etc.
Over the last 30 years, I have expanded my knowledge and experience to include evidence‑based & integrative counselling, CBT, DBT, EMDR, Hypnotherapy & NLP, Life and ADHD Coaching, Supervision for qualified counsellors. I complete regular ‘continuing professional development’, my priority is to ensure I deliver the best services I can to all my clients. We will work together to form a therapeutic relationship in complete confidence without any judgement. I will really listen to you and help you manage your present and your future.
